In response to requests to provide an online payment method, we have created a PayPal account for the association. While we offer this option for your convenience, do note that PayPal charges $0.49 + 3.5% per transaction. If you can bring a check to the annual meeting or mail it to us, we can avoid these fees.
By clicking on the button below, you will be taken to a login screen for PayPal and from there, just follow the instructions. You will be able to pay one or more years worth of dues. If paying multiple years, simply click on the + to increase the quantity. Payment is due by May 31st each year, and will be considered past due after June 30th. If your invoice for dues is more than 90 days past due, there will be a $15.00 late fee added to your account. If unpaid after 180 days, a lien may be placed on the property resulting in filing fees of $68.00 to pay. If that is the case, come back to this site and click on Late Fee or Filing Fees for Lien in the drop-down menu below and it will automatically add it to your cart in PayPal.
