The schedule for annual dues ($100) is as follows:
- April 1st: Invoices are sent.
- June 1st (Fiscal year begins): Payment is due.
- July 1st: Payment is past due.
- August 31st (60 days past due): A $15 late fee will be added to your account.
- December 31st (180 days past due): A lien may be placed on the property, which will add a $68 filing fee to your account.

In response to requests to provide an online payment method, we have created a PayPal account for the association. While we offer this option for your convenience, do note that PayPal charges $0.49 + 3.5% per transaction. If you can bring a check to the annual meeting or mail it to us, we can avoid these fees. Many banks with a Bill Pay feature will also mail a check on your behalf.
